Alright guys...After much headache, agony and pulling my hairs...

I have finally narrowed the field of frames down to 2...!!!

1. BSD Beverage
20.30 TT
75 HT
70 ST
8.80" SO
11.50" BB
13.25" - 13.65" CS
4.90 LBS

2. BSD Passenger V2
20.50 TT
75 HT
69 ST
9.00" SO
11.50" BB
13.20" - 13.625" CS
5.00 LBS

Which one should I go for...?!?!?!

Specs:
5'7"
165 lbs
Stocky and slightly big bone build.
Street and Park. No dirt, trails or race.

Looking to start learning...Bunny Hops, Bar Spins, Hang Fives, G Turns, 180, 360, Fakie, Half Cab, Tail Whips, Manuals, Nose Manuals, Double Peg Grinds and Bowl/Ramp Transitions. Pretty much all the noobie/basic bmx street tricks.

Concerns & Caveats:

1. I am leaning towards the beverage. Will a 20.3 be too small for me...???

Or Should I go for the passenger in 20.5...?? 20.5 is at the upper limit for my height according to Danscomp's size chart. If I am not going to really tell a difference in .2" of TT...I would rather pick the smaller frame just to error on the safe side because I am still a beginner and also because the bike will probably be easier to control/manipulate and learn tricks on.

2. Seat Tube Angle and Stand Over is really close between the 2. BUT...seat tube angle and stand over CONFUSE the hell out of me.

From what I have researched and gathered on geometries and riding styles...I do think the beverage has the better seat tube angle and stand over according to my height and riding style that I am trying to learn.

Any suggestions, tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

i think either one will be fine, im also 5'7 and ride a 20.25 and it doesn't feel small, i haven't hit my knees on the bars either. Ive never ridden another bmx so i dont have anything to compare it to though...

Both frames are very similar, and also theyre both perfect for your type of riding. Practice, not parts, will make tricks happen. If your beginning try a complete bmx before building custom to figure out which geo is right for you.. I'd say 20.5-20.75 would be perfect because elbow room and If your just beginning you will get used to anything In time. My vote is bad passenger

In your post you referenced the beverage frame more than the passenger and you wrote it first in the list. Leads me to think you want the beverage more. You'll probably be happier with it especially if you like the graphics, color, and who the signature rider is. Those are the kinda things that can get you stoked on your bike and stoked to ride

Sometimes you just gotta go with your gut
