Hi, im looking at buying a pair of fit fat nightvision tyres in 2.25.
I am running a premium deathtrap frame, will a 2.25 fit in the rear with a brake?

Cheers

What tires are you running right now? Which brakes?

I have the stock premiums that came with the bike, i think the rear might be 1.9 and i replaced the rear brake with a blank u brake a while ago.

The 2.25 should be fine. But you may not be able to run your wheel slammed.

Are you sure? I have read that the fit faf 2.25 has a bigger tread pattern and when inflated is slightly larger than a 2.3 tyre

Thanks for your help

You should be good, yes the 2.25s are bigger and better than the 2.3s but they should still fit I used to run them in my stock Fit frame and they were fine and I have a birdcage rim in the back which is a little wider than some rims so you should be good.
