I just got a fit flow bmx frame from my friend and idk whether its good or not? lemme know.. thanks. i sanded it down going to paint it later!

It will work fine for you.......the frames off a complete.......just ride and beat the hell out of it and buy a new frame when it's thrashed all to hell

The version of the Flow that was used on the completes did not have 990 mounts. The one pictured is the aftermarket version.

It's old. the flow series is from pre 2008 (up to 2008) if I remember right.
