What is better? I prefer flangeless because it looks cleaner, and I feel that flanged look kind of like something on a kids' bike. How do you feel about each one? What are the advantages/disadvantages?

Grip wise I assume you're talking about.
I ride flangeless, just because when I grab my grips, I can do so without worrying about grabbing a flange. Flanges offer the benefit, at least in my eyes, of using the full grip. I myself tend to grab my grips right on the edge of them.
Idk, I think it really all comes down to personal preference.

Flangeless here too. the flanges always gave me blisters if i hadn't rode in a while because i grip all the way on the inside

I ride flangeless, with my thumb on the bar because it's comfortable for me. But if I ever put a brake back on I'd want flanges, one of the reasons I ride brakeless is because of the amount of times I've ripped my thumb or a finger open on the lever

Flanges look better in my eyes , but I ride without them most often . All depends though.

Personal preference, like most things in BMX. I run one flanged grip on my right to stop my hand from grabbing the brake caliper and getting blisters and a flangeless grip on my left since I run only a rear brake with the lever on my right. I took it from Harry Main, haha!

I used to swear by flanges, especially running two brakes but nowadays I am flangeless

Flanges for life , I find they keep me from grabbing to close inward on my bars on no handed tricks ,I swear by lock on grips and they only come with flange
