Use your current bike. As stuff breaks, replace parts with flatland oriented parts. My bike is in no means a "flatland bike" but I use it to do flatland type tricks.
If you buy a flatland bike, you wont become any better at riding flatland than you already are on your current bike.

Topsey isn't the only one here that rides flat guys.
I suggest running gyro, front brakes, and 4 pegs on your current set up first. Learn 80's brake tricks. Flatland is the hardest thing to learn but so worth it.
It’s all bmx

There's not a lot of flatland completes out there. Eastern makes the Enzo which is a decent way to get in to it on a budget. Otherwise you are likely to have to build something yourself.
A really sweet basis for a flatland setup would be an S&M Intrikat frame, Intrikat Bar, Flatland Redneck Stem, and Fastpitch forks. You'll also want to get really narrow tires, a tall post and a nice padded probably kevlar seat.
Flatland bikes take a lot of abuse so they need to be strong. Although they don't usually fly though the air, flatlanders fall 20 to 1 compared to park and street riders and stuff can break pretty fast.
Here's a link to Chad Johnson's latest bike check: He's been a top flatland guy for a long time. Only catch is he rides brakeless and pegless!

if you are looking for a complete KHE Bikes makes two flatland completes.Saint martin also has completes. Also look into odyssey flatware thats all their flatland parts. S&m also makes a flatland frame also deco has terry adams sig frame. A good website would be flatandfuel.com
Autum katze seems nice! you can do flatland as well as street riding.
You say BMX is your life but you barely ride.
BUT hey, That's none of my business.
think people like matthias dandois show that you dont need a full on 'flatland' setup to be good at it
