Right...
Offsets range from 13mm to 35mm. 13mm is Minimal Offset like whats used on Flatland Bikes, its easier to get into Front Wheel tricks but can make your steering twitchty. 35mm is pretty much the largest offset you will find in BMX & i find it REALLY boring its super steady & i would recommend if you were riding Trails. I have just purchased forks with 25mm Offset which is what i am going to suggest to you right smack bang in the middle you get the perks of both, snappy enough to get into Front Wheel tricks easier but not so snappy your steering is all over the place. I run 13mm Offset on another bike & i do really like it but its an acquired taste!
Drop Out sizes are 3/8ths & 14mm. 14mm Front Hubs are almost obsolete now so i highly doubt you have one. So you need 3/8ths (10mm) Drop Outs.
Steerer Tubes (the bit that goes into your Frames Head Tube) For me at least need to be as short as possible. No spacers under the stem for me! I cut almost all my forks down so i can run a slammed Stem! Look for around 160mm to 165mm any longer & you are going to need a ton of spacers & at least to me it don't look good!!
Integrated Bearing Race - Some Forks don't have them but the majority of Forks nowadays do. Basically you don't need to knock on a the little ring for your Bearings to sit on because its already machined into the Steerer Tube so you literally just place your Bearings on the Fork & put it in your Head Tube!
So with all that explained i will recommend the Odyssey R-25 Fork. 165mm Steerer Tube, Integrated Bearing Race, Tapered Legs, 3/8ths Drop Outs & 25mm Offset. Odyssey have the best warranty in the business & they'll look after you if anything should break.
Odyssey Forks FTW!

yeah, as topsey said, 13mm offset is an acquired taste, often used for flatland or techy street
there are 0mm offset forks, but are flatland only, as they would break with street or park abuse
right now, I ride primo strands, which are 13mm offset, and I love them, though they took like a week to get comfortable with
nose mannies are easier, but having low offset forks will not automatically make you be able to nose manual
