Dream frame at this time would have a dropout and a rear triangle that could go from 12.75 to 14.25.

21. 125 tt
74.5 ha
8.5 so
11.65 bb (might change to 11.75)
13.3something cs (I'd change it to 13.5 slammed)

One day I will have a custom standard with these specs
21.25tt
75 hta
71 sta
11.8 BB
9 soh
13.75 cs
Or not if I don't feel like spending an absurd amount on a custom frame

Just had a look and standard customs aren't that expensive if you base it on a current frame. It'll be less than £500 after shipping and import tax (depending how much hmrc decide to charge you, and what handling fees you get)
Although, there's probably plenty of frames with very similar geometry already out there. The only reason I went custom really was because I couldn't find a frame with a shortish chainstay length and 74.5 ha. And brakeless. The butter v2 was close to what I wanted, but couldn't find it in stock anywhere

I just really like standard, if I could find an S&M with similar geo (most importantly the BB height) I would probably pick that over it though

That's fair. I really wanted an fbm, so even if I found a frame with close enough geometry I still would've gone custom. I think it's worth saving for, do it!

76deg HT
19.5”TT
12”CS
3/8” dropouts
70deg SA
7.25” ST
9” BB

Flatland frame, ridiculously responsive frame that’s probably unbelievably unstable, but will probably do turbines like they’re made of cotton candy.

The 0 at the end of 21.2420 is redundant because the 0 doesn’t mean anything, it literally cannot exist. It’s like 01, 01 just turns into 1, while 1.0 still turns into 1.

Can't even lie. I'm considering getting a FBM custom. lol. I've been trying to find the perfect frame for years and I might just say fuck it and build a Frankenstein.

Custom Standard I am already talking to Ric about it. Due to the warranty and knowing that they honestly care about customers. I considered a 125 R to go light but add a few things like 990 mounts and 14mm. And Ric was going to add a few things to make sure it can handle pegs and stuff. Now, I love the STA or 250 L. So, while it’s perfect in stand over I am going to do a few things extra.

20.85 Top tube

13.25 CS (unslammed so probably 13-ish seeing I slam my wheel)

Holow dropouts with built in chain tensioners (just to be safe if it’s not 100% slammed) yes, a Sunday copy but done differently.

75.5 or 75.35 HT odd number yes, but rode a flatland bike years ago and the 75.35 is simple to do nose wheel stuff but very trail stable.

Removeable custom dual cable mounts for gyro because I HATE the stupid single cable stuff.

And it will probably be my last frame because I love Standard but growing up too high priced. Now, I can give the extra money to get the best. Plus, the total is only around $460-470. So, still close to some frames around that are stock.

I ride a 21tt modern standard sta and I love it. Will be running it for how ever many years it takes to kill it.
