Hey if I purchase a new frame with the same sized bottom bracket as my old one can I take my old ones out and put it on my new frame or that is not possible. Thanks

As long as the new frame takes the same size and you don't damage the BB while taking it out, it'll work fine. Make sure the length of the tube spacer is correct for the new frame as many frames have a different BB shell width. If it's too short, it'll do nothing if you don't add spacers. If it's too long, your bearings will stick out of your frame.

Very important to run a spacer if you ever want to run a 2 peice crank setup!
