Hey guys I got a frame off my friend I really need a new one but I don't have enough money for 300-400 frame. I bought my friends fit frame for 20$ it was ok frame but he told me the chain stay is bent inwards, is there anyway to bend it to its original form without having any special tools or using a blow torch?

Looks like the whole back end is twisted, there's no real way to fix that unless you have a jig. You'd have to heat it up and twist it back into shape, which would weaken it. You're better off just riding it as it is until you can get a new frame
