Frame decision

Okay, so I have a quick question for everyone. I am thinking about getting a new frame in the not to distant future. I have narrowed it down to two frames, the Haro S.D. and the Hoffman Bama. I'm not too particular on size, I'll ride either 20.5" or 20.8". Does anyone have a suggestion either way or any experiences with these frames. I decided on these two because they seem to both be decent quality and are pretty affordable. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks

yeah man, the reason i need a frame that small is because i'm a smaller kid. i'm only 5"2" and i don't want to feel like i'm practiacally riding a mountain bike ya know?but thanks for the suggestion i am liking the hoffman tho

theres a Japanese guy who shreds on an old Hoffman frame in Sydney, its a couple years old, not sure what model, but it cracked a little (a tiny little, you can see the paint stretched, thats all), but that crack has not budged or gotten bigger as he still rides it cracked and still goes high (and it took him years to crack it in the first instance) - So i know that the hoffman tubes come with the right thickness for strength,

I dream to go as high and as big as the Jap dude
