Im only worried about width. I watched an edit with the v1 frame and the tire wasnt very close to the bridges...

v1 lacey specs/pics. after close examination it is my conclusion that this frame is infact a lacey. since the only factor that says no is stickers.heres what tells me yes-

ht shape
bb shape
ss bridge
dbl bend cs/cs bridge
both mounts on tt for brakes( which is very uncommon so that is a big yes in my mind that this is a lacey)
seat clamp looks shaped right and proper height from what i see
