I'm the same height as you and went from 20.5 to 20.75 and I'm glad I did, its just a better fit, a lot more comfortable.

i know its only quarter of an inch but you'd be surprised how much of a difference it can make.

People will tell you all sorts of bollocks about what sized Frame you need for your size. I am 6'1 significantly taller than you & for Street i ride a 20" Top Tube x 13" Chain Stay'd Fit Benny L & I am currently riding Flatland on a 19.3" Top Tube x 12.7"ish Chain Stay'd Autum Razzia Frame! Tis aaaaaaaaalllllllllll in your mind my Friend! You will adapt to any Frame length you want to! Some people do need to ride Longer Frames to suit their riding styles more but most people will be able ride any sized Frame within a few days if they put their minds to it. You ADAPT! smile

But yeah like topsey said you can adapt to any frame really, I could still do everything on the 20.5 that I could do on the 20.75, only noticeable difference was how comfortable I felt on the bike, as far as performance was concerned there was no difference.

im around 6ft and ride a 20.4 frame lol, its all what suits you and what you like, no one will be able to tell you if a frame or size of frame will be good for you but yourself. for me deciding on 20.4 took alot of trial and alot of error, was expensive but in the long run was definitely worth while.

The thing is a friend is selling a 21" new for a really good price but i dont wanna spend $ if a 21" isnt enough and then ask myself "why didnt i wait to save more money and get a 21.25 or a 21.5" etc. Know what i mean?

21 should be fine if anything than get a stem with longer reach or higher bars

tbh its ur choice that matters, if ur knee is constantly hitting ur stem then ya its probably time for a bigger frame or if u simlply just want a new frame then go for it lol
