Front end ticky noise?

Whenever I ride my front end makes a ticking noise. Spokes are perfectly tightened, headset is tight enough not to wobble but enough to spin for days. No pebbles or anything stuck anywhere. I've got a sealed hub and integrated headset.
Its this metallic *tick* every few seconds.
I need new bearings for the front hub, the ones in it just don't roll anything like they use to, and you can hear them rolling. Been like this for over a year though. I personally think its coming from the headset/bars area. Any ideas?

Its not even nasty. Its a really quiet metallic tick. I mean, I can hear it, but my friends 4ft away can't. It almost sounds like the click of a cassette hub.

Probably just the bearings in the front hub. The vibration could transfer up the forks and sound like its coming from the headset...
But its tough to be sure without seeing/hearing it in person.

that.

Also check your headset, if it's slightly ovalized it will make small tinking noises as well

Try troubleshooting the issue. try someone else front wheel for an hour if its not that then its the headset.
