Front foot lifting up on bars

I have my bars consistent, but every time I throw one my front foot lifts up and I land crank arm. I pinch my seat and everything so its not that. Just wondering if anyone has any advice.

Its a commitment problem just commit and think real hard about keeping your foot on.

pinch your cranks with your ankles/heels before you even hop, and just focus on the bar and let your feet stay pinched, if you focus on the feet one of two things will happen, 1) your foot will stay on but youll fuck up the bar 2) your foot will just come up like usual.. pinching cranks helped me learn bars because my legs would flex in that pinch, and by the time i hopped i forgot about my legs and was focused on the bars so much, and then you land your bar without crank or anything, it works.
