i hate it when i see people running pegs that screw on and they put them over the nuts so they have the hub, dropout, washer, nut then screw on peg!! it dose my head in and i hate it when people have a washer between the peg and the fork because they say it will scratch the fork otherwise but if you run it like that you are more likely to bend your spindle and drop out. if you don't want to scratch your dropout then put a circle of cardboard between the fork and the peg!!! stupid!!

they come on wallmart huffys. its really not a big deal, no one is going to bend there axle or dropout cuase the only people that run them are 9 year olds

I used to have threaded pegs that went into a fork that had threaded spots for the pegs. I loved that bike. It was an old Mongoose Decade from the 80's
