Wanting to get into BMX with some friends seeing as I currently don't have any hobbies and have done MTB in the past, and was wondering what BMX is a good starter? (no idea) for around £350 if possible, I have been looking at a wethepeople justice 2016 for £290 but have no idea.

Have a look at the mongoose scan r120 in Halfords. They're 260 on sale at the moment, probably the best bike on the market for that money.

try looking into craigslist pinkbike or ebay. getting a used custom is totally a best bet for a deal on a bike.
