I got the New Odyssey Dugan tires.

Basically free because i was paid 50$ in an amazon card for doing a real short performance at a Church for Easter. It was awesome. I got them from Cash BMX aka robinson79 who is a dope dude and always hooks it up. Even worked with my brother really well when my phone went to shit. Even has some really sick Cash BMX Stickers that came with it. I recommend buying from him, as always, because 90% of my bike was parts bought from him.

Now, what you're probably thinking is "What all could you really say about a slick tire?" Well I'm gonna try to give some insight on them for those of you considering them.

First thing you notice is the 2.3 and the 2.4 being true to their markings. The 2.3 is REALLY a 2.3 and the 2.4 is really a little beefier. I love their look. Smooth and sexy looking. Thats what you notice the most, they look awesome. Kind of remind you of those Honda Motorcycle tires. I had the Aaron Ross tires on before this and was basically just tired of how slow they rolled. I automatically felt the difference when going really fast. Almost no rolling resistance. The size is really nice I think. 2.3 clears really well and 2.4 would probably fit most modern frames too.

The next thing I wanted to test was grip. So I just bombed a hill and took a sharp turn around an intersection and tried to get real low to see how well they stick, and they stick nicely. No slipping out at all so far, and thats with riding in the wet and 360s into grass and stuff. Wallrides are a little weird.

They sort of remind me of how Dehart tires are, but these are a much better compound.

I can't wait to try them out in a bowl tomorrow.

I would recommend these tires based on the first impression. They are fantastic so far.

You ever run the Hawks? Is the compound the same-ish?

Almost exactly the same if not the same. I think these are a little nicer because of the tread pattern, just a tad grippier I think!

The hawks are sticky and these are too.

Yes, I recently learned Hard 180s so I'm not super dialed on that trick and really smash my back tires on the ledge and the sidewall has really held up.

They're really fun to go fast at a ledge and like tire slide on it too.

Lol I will. I never wipe out on dirt because of slicks. I had T/A tires on my dirt jump and the thing ended in a wet grass field and was completely okay. haha

They do have more tread and will last a lot longer than the T/A tire I think. The T/A is super smelly and sticky so it has a less dense compound. I prefer these to those.

Rode them in the skatepark. They're great tires. They really really help keep speed and are great overall.
