So yesterday I picked up the frame I posted about, it seems highly likely that it is a mutiny, an older model, but still a mutiny.
As I was getting settled in, putting my bike together, I noticed a part missing, which would have left me stranded.
I was about my switch my DK Frame to the Mutiny, minding my own business and a few minutes before, my back was turned away from my Colony Squareback TL Stem, now keep in mind I have 8 inch rise bars and that stem with my spacers gave pretty much optimal bar height.
Anyway, my stem is gone, cost me 70 dollars too, a fully cnc machined 7075 aluminum stem, fairly high quality part, I am actually with a few scooter riders, did not go with them, they showed up when I was there, my friend Travis, he rides scooters, along with my friend Antwon who also scooters, then my friend Rodolfo who is who i traded my coaster to for the Mutiny Frame, All this happening and all of them along with more people around me, seeing how down I was, must have made them feel pretty bad, one girl let me use her phone, my friend Travis gave me a few bucks for bus far, I gave the money back because the girl gave me an Adult Day Pass, but when I used her phone, my mother was not answering, but I called my neighbor, my friend Andrew picked up, his mom was just getting off work, so I told my friend Andrew to call his mom and let her know that I am at Ed Benedict Skate Plaza, which was in Ben Hucke's Day in the Life as seen below

All in all, later on, I have a lot of opportunities, I was offered by my friend $70 dollars, no questions asked, to replace my Colony Stem, I am getting $40 today for doing a little cleaning here and there. I might not buy a new Colony Stem though, cause someone is selling a Fiend Morrow Stem, and 8.5 Fit Inman Bars that are brand new for $50 together, maybe $40 without grips, and if I get them for $40, that is an extra $70 in my pocket. cause he offered to give the money anyway.
*ON ANOTHER NOTE*
Here is the Mutiny all built up with what I have right now, the stem in this pic is nearly dead though, and pretty unsafe to ride, the threads are slowly stripping here and there and the tubing on the bars in the pic is ovalized and warped from being so old. I am also going to just paint the frame black probably.
