Whats the best grease for bmx bikes like bottom brackets, etc.

Anything really, I would get a grease that is meant for bikes, like white lightning or park tool grease. For chains though i would stick to a chain oil like finish line teflon lube or tri-flow, i have had both and i personally like finish line better

Whatever you find at auto zone.

should probably use any grease that's not too thick, I use more of a liquid grease so it gets into all the bearings and stuff.

Go to your LBS. Mine gave me a small amount to test and usually greases bolts and shit without me asking smile

I've used the park tool lube it's alright. Get yourself a can of white lithium grease, shits great for all your internals.

Use Vaseline if you're poor. And sex lube in some other parts. Get legit grease for the most part cause Vaseline melts when it gets hot. Thick or thin grease depending where and what you're using it on.
