I've hear of this before but I can't imagine a situation where it would pay off. If you need hub guards get the gsport glands, simple, universal, and they get the job done

I tried just because i had some old grips. It kinda works but i want some legit hub guards. I'm getting the gland front and i want the daily grind for the rear non drive side. Will it fit my odyssey v3?

Should if it has spacers. Cuz if your v3 is like mine i have a huge space between the locknut and the frame. I had to put another lock nut on mine. lol
