Does anyone else hate the look of guarded sprockets? I get that the serve a purpose, but damn, they are ugly.
And I think that extra half inch of metal is more likely to get hung up on stuff. Kind of ironic huh?

I really want one, but I hate the look of them. And the cinema one is the only 27t I can find in stock anywhere.

Yep. So much ambivalence here. On the one hand, I absolutely appreciate and value the purpose. On the other? Gross.

Hmm, I guess Im in the minority here that doesnt mind them. I personally think the Primo Solid Guard sprocket is one of the sexiest things to ever come out.

Same! Solid sprockets look good, but solid GUARDED sprockets look like sex on a bike. I almost got the primo solid guard, but my odyssey Thunderbolts are socket drive so I had to get the La Guardia.

Skworl sucks lol, JK dudes are pretty dope. Glad to see something local buddies started in other states. If they made them spline drive i'd still be running one.

IRONY- the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.

My sprocket is aluminum, not irony

Well, I guess if you're a heavy grinder, it's a good idea to run one so the ledges and rails don't steel your chain from you.

lol i actually had to file down the 24mm - 19mm adapter because it wouldnt fit in the sprocket. super tight tolerance had to beat it in with a rubber mallet while lubed just had to take off a little bit of material on it nothing crazy. yea someone on here suggested skworl and saw it was made in the USA and it was competitively priced with other guarded sprockets so i was like fuck yea.

I had a mosh digital guard in 30t, they don't make them anymore. But if you look on eBay you could find one.
