Personally i would keep the gyro. Because single cable always seems to get caught up

Couldn't have picked a better list myself.

Apart from maybe the Aitken seat in white?

right i thought i put
http://www.danscomp.com/470088.php?cat=PARTS in white
or if u like pad maby
http://www.danscomp.com/470089.php?cat=PARTS in white

or any seat in white but i think the odsy sen2s are cool

the stem, chain and brakes could go white

gyro, sprocket and rims could go blue

and

headset and spokes could go ither way

blue or white tires might look cool but maby over kill

thats just looks id rather have a bike that was ugly but was dialed than have a bike that was fucking awesome lookin but was (the oppisit of dialed) cant think of a word lol

Keep the Gyro on there. Learn barspins and whips if you can't do em, dial in your brakes way better than a straight cable (if you know how). I would recommend a chrome rear rim to improve braking even more.

Bars yes, because they are kind of a beginner trick, and he should start kinda playing with whips as they will help him be more comfortable being off the bike in the air (And they help with upper body strength, which in turn, helps with pretty much everything riding.)

I am fairly sure that is a Kink Gap with the light blue/ocean blue Aaron Ross Grips, and blueberry twisteds too. A bit of a beginner bike, but it doesn't hurt to try things that are a little out of your grasp here and there. Who knows, maybe he has bars dialed already?

Also, I have seen people fall with a straight cable, and when their bike hits the ground, the bars twist up and the cable snaps, so this will ensure he has brakes for a long time while he learns bike control.
