So right now I ride 8.75 rise bars but my back hurts don't know if it was because my back was weak or bars were low either way I wanted bigger bars. I don't know what size to go with should I go with a 9, 9.25, or 9.5 bars. Let me know I am also like 5,7 ish

I'd say 9.25"

Or try out a topload stem if you don't have one already. A cheaper way to try taller rise.

Agreed with the 9.25"
A topload is a great idea too if you don't already have one, not really cheaper tho, bar and stem are around the same price.

There's different options to get height.
I ride a 30 mm rise topload stem with a 9" bar
A friend ride a 6 mm rise frontload stem and a 10" bar
I'll not include headtube lenght and the amount of spacers in the math (even if that matters too) but my point is we have different setups but approximately the same bar height, but I prefer my setup because a 10" bar feels flex.

8.75 isn't low. I'd suggest you need to strengthen your back muscles

Work on your core and do some stretching, every day. Those bars aren't low at all. Trust me it will make a big difference.

I was running the begin bars (9.420) with a top load for nearly a year, I switched back to my 8.75's (still with a top load) and wish I never chose to go above 9'' rise. My bunny hops are now higher, barspins are so much easier and over all it feels better, for me at least.

It's all personal preference, but I personally think 8.75's are the way to go. Ride a bike with bigger bars if you can to gauge a feel.

Everybody is different and has different tastes, my bar is high but add 0.25" to my ride and I hate my bike.

Bar height alone doesn't say anything about your real bar height.
And a small difference on paper can make a big on for real.

Any good ways to do so? Like anything that works really good for bmx

Getting taller bars really does help your back, I'm 6ft and I rode stock 7.75 rise bars and then I found a pair of barely used S&M Fubars (10" rise) for sale on Craigslist for less than half the price of new ones, and they feel so much better on my back, I cut them from 30" wide to 28" wide and they are amazing!

I don't crash, I do random gravity checks...

I'm like 5"10 and ride bars with a 10 inch rise. It's not just that it feels nicer on ur back: higher rise bars make getting into manuals and hopping easier. Longer pivot means greater force exerted and all that... God for it you'll never look back!

I went from 9.25" with a topload to 8.25" with a topload and barspins and hops have never felt better. I'm so glad I made the switch! Everything feels... well, it feels right. I'm 5'10" btw.

I don't know if I will go that big but maybe I guess it will just be a lot of trial and error to find the right size. The new bike im getting comes with 9 inch rise bars but if I don't like em I'll try 9.5 or 9.25

Do you run a top load or front load stem?
