I ordered myself a pair without trying them, but today my friend got his s&m perfect 10s (I got bsd raiders) and they feel great even though there made for taller people there really comfortable and riding feels easier.

I'm on the vital legit list!

I'm 5'7 and ride 8.25" rise bars. I can see myself trying out a slightly bigger size in the future though. No higher than like 8.5 though unless I grow some more.

I'm 5'10 and have ridden uncut odyssey forks with 9" tall bars and the tempered topload which has over an inch of rise and it felt fine

Bu I can also feel comfortable on a slammed front load and 8.8 bars. Upsweep feels more important than actual bar height to me

I'm 5'7" and I have 8.75 rise bars with a top load and 25mm of spacers and headset cap and it feels perfect. Any taller it feels weird, any shorter it's uncomfortable.

I'm 5'3" and 8.5" bars already feel ehh. I like sticking to 8.25" rise, 27.5-29" wide, 12 backsweep, and 1 upsweep. Most popular geo out there for bars.

lol dude i'm 5'7" and have the 9.5 vultus bars... they actually came on my new (used) bike i bought like a week ago, and are gigantic IMO. It came w/ an odyssey 'lincoln' stem though, and flipping that stem doesn't affect the reach but drops them 3/4" so i effectively made the grip-height 8.75 which is dead-center for the vultus line. Still need to chop the ends of them though, they're obnoxiously wide.

Topload and 8.25 bars so I'm pretty normal but I've ridden bigger and they feel weird.

my buddy is shorter than me (5'7" maybe?) and rides raider bars (10") plus a topload with 1.3" of rise and a ton of spacers. I get on his bike and almost fall on my back. its improved his riding tho, so im not gonna hate. better for the back too.

preference. your body geometry and riding style will always be different. it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't become a handicap for your riding.
