I've been looking for a helmet that I can ride street with, but there's so many brands and i have no idea which one to go with. Anybody got some suggestions? Also the last two helmets I've had have lasted about a year each, and then the shell started separating from the foam without any major crashes. Is this the normal time for a helmet to last?

Bell segment, I ride everything with it, feels really good and I have slammed my head several times and had no headache afterwards

The flexible skate helmets are not certified and literally stop very little head trauma

I don't understand why companies like Protec don't make all of their helmets certified.

Don't get no flexible skate helmet..... we ride bikes not skateboards. We can reach speeds higher than skateboards meaning we eat shit harder. Get a pro-tec been riding one for more than a year still runs great.
