So like 2 - 3 weeks ago I got my back and front wheel trued, today I changed my back and front tyre (got them for free, 2.3 back and front) I noticed a noise from my front tyre/ chain area so I tighten my chain up and tighten my front bolts and now my front and back wheel is wobbling?
Do I need to get my wheels re-trued or do I just have to tighten the bolts equally?

you probably just need to tighten the bolts more

that wouldn't be bad, im not a fan of huge tires but I rather them be the same size so id go for it
just need to make sure they'll fit

Got the tires for free and the person that used to own them tipexed his name onto the side, it's only small it reads "billy 
" on each of the tires on both sides.
