So I got my new frame in today and I took off the stickers, it left a lot of sticky residue on the frame. What is the best way to remove it without messing up the paint?

Goo gone usually works, brakleener works too but will take the paint off if it's spray paint. Hasn't taken any of my stock paint off yet since I've used it but I'm sure it still could if used a lot.

Axe body spray will work too but takes awhile if it's real sticky stuff. Just spray some on, wait about 7-10 seconds, then wipe it off with a rag. NOT a paper towel or it'll just get even messier. Then just repeat until it's all gone. I do this to random stickers I put on my bike & take off after awhile, and it works just fine. But might take longer since stickers that come stock are usually harder to get rid of the residue

Axe Body Spray or just rub it off with a paper towel.

Douse it in gasoline and throw a match at it

Throw the frame away, then you won't be able to see the sticker goo anymore.

Wet steel wool, doesnt scratch or take paint off, just a couple of soft rubs

Isoprophyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol will take it off quickly without doing any damage to the paint. I love that shit, cleans everything on the bike down to brand new again, don't pour it on the bike though, just spill a little onto a paper towel and wipe your bike down lol (NOTE, I know the OP has a new frame so it probably has brand new paint on it, but this stuff will strip your paint if you have a spray can paint job though.)

goof off or goo gone works amazing wonders....

follow up with some simple green,
then build up your frame
simple green it again
apply grease and oil carefully
simple green again
then (wearing rubber gloves) use something like armor all shine and polish your frame

then take pictures for us all so we can say...

"oooooohhhhhh shineyyyyyyy"

THEN GO DIRT RIDING AND GET SOME WELL DESERVED DIRT ON THAT THING!
