I cant seem to figuer out how my rear hub (9t) comes apart i have the axle off and the bearings out but it is still really tight the guy at summit city bike said that u have to use an allen wrench to get apart the rest the way and there is divits inside the hub but i dont kno wut to do next

Yo, step one. what hub do you have? post pictures and give way better descriptions then you are right now.

okay, I can help. just look in the non drive side and you will see a slot an Allen key can fit into. it's usually a size 14. if it's unsealed you have to hammer out the non drive side race in order for the Allen key to fit
