Took my bike to a shop to get the gyro fitted I bought and the dust cap of my headset is too thick? So the bottom of the gyro plate can’t fit over it. Anyone had this problem before and recommend an option to sort it cheers

Sounds like either your fork steerer tube is too short or maybe this is just a dustcap issue.

What headset have you bought and what's the dustcap that comes with it? Also, what fork are you running?

I run without my dustcap, just need to make sure the little wedge that places even pressure around the inner bearing portion is present. Thats very important.
