No idea. I was a lazy fuck and had my lbs do it, my front one isn't on completely centered. It's no big deal really

On my rear wheel its perfectly centred because it fit perfectly over the hub shell, but my front wheels lace pattern made it impossible to be centred exactly so on some wheels you have to make do with it being a little off centre but its no biggie still does the job its meant to...they can be a pain in the ass to put on...use the zip ties.
No problems with mine after 4 months of daily grind.
