It's the same company. This I know because QBP used to distribute primo before tip-plus and now they don't sell through QBP anymore. And I've been seeng a lot of primo wheelchair tyres lately

I THINK, but am not 100% certain, that Primo started out making wheelchair tires before they evolved into a full blown bmx company

Started out making tires, decided they wanted to make more tires for a wider array of things like bicycles, decided they like bicycle parts, decided to make bicycle parts.
I'll look into it. I'm not at all willing to bet anything on what I said cause I can't remember if that was Primo or not so it's probably not true

make some wheel chair hubs. then hey! lets make some bike hubs. theres no problem with that. they use the same bearings. just mod the shell a little bit.
