I'm gonna repaint my white S&M bars to black and i don't know how to remove my bar ends without breaking them. Help!

this is a trick ive used to get my knobs off my guitar before, but it could work with barends...

try and get then up some, and then take a shoelace,*maybe two) and take it around the barend, underneath the end peice, then hold between legs*maybe with feet too, and pull up, it should come out eventually.

Take a drill, put in a 1/4 inch bit, drill through thr center, pull it out nice and easy. Thrn buy par ends and never have problems again

Use a thin screwdriver. Put it sideways and use the shaft of the screwdriver (not the blade) to wedge off the bar end as much as you can and then pull it off with your hands. We do this all the time at the shop.

Second the par ends.

At the shop we use a tool that looks similar to this but with a bit wider prongs on the end

and just grab behind the ends of the bar ends and they pull right out, assuming they're not too ripped up anyway.
