I was out surfing today and i got thrown pretty hard on one wave and my shoulder hit the bottom and felt like it was on fire every time i moved it. 3 advil later I went for a bike ride. Even going off curbs hurts excrutionally. Anyone got any medical expertice on this? :-)

You'd know if it was dislocated believe Me, it will be noticeable out of socket! You MIGHT have Sublaxed, BUT! Again that is noticeable also, when My shoulder Sublaxes, I'm dropped to one side & My arm is wedged forward & You can easily see the ball of My arm. You've more than likely bruised it! Sublax/dislocation is VERY noticeable!

You may have actually broke your collarbone. I'm not there to see your shoulder but collarbones are a very common break when you land on your shoulder or arm. If you did, there would be a lump on the side you broke it, below your neck.

Firery pain usually has to do with muscles, not bones.

Bruh chlamydia doesn't effect the shoulder area, however herpes does so he probably has herpes

Stop touching sharks on their private parts!!! Makes em bite you...
On a serious note, see a doctor. I highly doubt anybody here is qualified to tell you about your health. Better safe than sorry bruh.

Probably just strained or tore a muscle. Possibly a tissue contusion too. I've done that before and I was in sooo much pain for about 3 weeks. I came back slow and was able to ride to my full ability shorty after. You may want to see a doctor but if I am correct, there isn't much they can do. They may offer you a sling, I declined because I didn't think it would be too bad. I just used tons of icy hot and ice and cool heat patches and stuff like that.

Might be a separation, depending on where the pain is.
