I got a 32'' hop using my hop bar today! A year ago my hop height was around 12''. How high could you hop a year ago and how high can you hop now?

My best was bar height on a 96 Dyno that weighed 45 lbs.
So back then, roughly 36 inches.
Now, not so much.

I don't understand how do you get to about the 30 like fuck? Like today I tryed and I only made it 18 inches twice I think if I had a bar I could make it to 20 but 30 fucking how? I Picked up as high as fucking possible to make it 18 inches

Like a year and a half ago on my first real bike I hopped over 40 inches of boxes. Highest hop I ever got. Tried 46 but kept barely clipping it. Had videos of it but lost them when my hard drive died. Now I can't get nearly as high lol.

I can hop around stem height. But after not practicing for a while, I usually get real sketchy.

i can hop around 47"-48" but that was about 3 months ago so now it might be higher or lower

Wow, I just tried earlier and got only tire height and around there. It's been like this for over a month. This sucks.. I lose the ability sometimes when I over practice.

On trails my bike with a 13.75 chainstay my highest hop was 3ft
On my street bike with a 13.2 chainstay my highest hop was 2.5ft
Pisses me off because I need my hops higher for riding street but its my trails bike that I can hop the highest on.

idk how true this is but I've heard that since the bike is longer it means you can get it higher before you leave the ground and therefore you can hop higher aswell.

Uhh after a few months of being new to BMX (I used to race BMX) I can bunny hop like 8" If I put all my might into it.

Usually peg height to top of the tire height (so 10-20") but I've landed a few stem height
