I've been ride eastern battery bmx during 6 month. And frame was bend like this. so i changed new frame which is 'Eastern New Nightwasp ' . And i ride this only 2 month and it happen again.
Do i have a problem with my riding style? or steel frame just suck ?
i'm korean i can't write english well....

Buy a stronger frame maybe, I've no idea how good the two frames you have bent are?
If your a kind of rider that lands flat/heavy maybe get a Bone Deth or Subrosa frame.
It would also be a good idea to explain how you bent the frames in the first place,
that would help other forum members answer your original question the best.

well actually......I have littel accident when i ride.That's why my first frame got bent. But I don't understand why the new one going bend. i did'nt ride heavy , i have'nt jump 10 stair hop i only do the 180 and nose manual. well somtimes do the endo....
It's not too much bent but im worry.
Mine is full hiten steel frame. except with handlebars and stem

Hi tensile steel frames aren't super strong , if you step up to a full 4130 chromoly frame this problem will probably take much longer to bend

I have only ever seen a frame do that once before that was aluminum and from wal mart.
Thats funny how flexy Hi ten is in comparison. I remember how weird the Fit frame i had felt in comparison to others due to flex.
But to answer your question, yes, Chromoly will be better by a huge percentage! Get something heat treated too if you can.

this is exactly why Eastern went out of business. their frames have a reputation for being fragile, which led to bad sales, which led to them owing distributors and investors more money than the brand was worth, which led to the courts dividing their assets among these parties and terminating the business. being that DK dealt with department stores up to this year, and that Mirraco is now distributed by Dynacraft (the main supplier of Hotwheels and Barbie bikes to Toys-R-Us), the eastern name will likely be revived by a department store.

i apologize, i didn't research thoroughly. if they're still producing bikes, its under new conditions for operation. basically, the company is fucked and the bigger companies behind them want their money back. my point still stands, eastern sucks in general
