I have been throwing barspins since about 2002.
Here is a video a buddy of mine put together or a bunch of riders from Minnesota (A few are in the Skworl Vid on the home page) from like 2005 or 2006. I knock out a couple barspins in the split part with Dustan Kasten.
I have a bar to manual on a hip at the 4:38 marker, and a bar disaster at 5:54. Also have a whip to frame and pedal (that was how I did them back then, got em to pedals and then hurt my back, so no more whips too often for me) and a bar to 540 tire tap that I bitch crank in.
Again, I have been doing them for years, so they look totally different now, But I am not about to try to film a video of a barspin in the 15 mins I have before work. Maybe tomorrow?

I haven't thrown bars in like 5 years haha. I must admit it is a trick i want to get back once i sort my shoulder out. There's just something about a Rail Ride to Bars that really, really draws me in!

I can bar! haha I never thought that i would want to do them but i decided i should one day, built a ground bike and straight up learned those little manual bars and then hopped and threw em. I was so pumped on em! and now im getting better at them everyday. haha They are an awesome trick and feel pretty cool. I will eventually post a vid on here for you to see! i wanna get them super clean and high first.

I can't. Just the feeling of throwing my bars kinda throws off my balanc and messes me up. I wish I could do them because a lot of people say their pretty easy

You just gotta pinch the seat. I dont care if people say you can do em without it, you better pinch something. cranks or something. Just get a fat seat if you dont have one, put it up to the easily pinchable zone and hop, pinch, and fling em. haha thats all there is to it really.

I've sent a few bars this year, well there more of a busdriver than a proper bar but still trying to get em on lock, learning em both ways cuz I'm LFF an naturally wanna throw with my right, I had to learn to spin both ways so I can get them sexy 180 bars done both ways too.
They will be in the self filmed street edit I'm working on so you will have to wait for that before you get to see em tho.

i can barely bar. i can land them but they are as shitty as you can possibly make them hahaha. i hop up throw and catch fine but i just land in like a t-bog kind of way and end up having to like push the bar straight and get my left hand on after i land. i just landed them a few days ago but i know ill get them soon ill just hop higher

Well so far I haven't landed a legit bar only half ass catching while landing, I ride RFF, but naturally throw lefty because I am a lefty, but today I finally broke my self and got my self to throw right handed on fly outs, didn't land any came really close and they seen super smooth for never being able to get my self to throw with that hand because of my shoulder issue but seems like all the physical therapy paid off, I get them around and catch with my left hand every time but bitch out with my feets funny because my opo/regular bars I get about the same it's just easier to get my self to throw them
I'm so happy I got my self to throw right handed today (=

I hate bars. I think they're the most overdone trick. Plus I'm running a rear brake with a short cable so I can barely get a bar around, haha. Much prefer turndowns.
