I've got stolen cell bars so i don't need to measure, but i don't know if i can use a normal hand saw. Also how long does it take?

Ive used hand saws on on every bars ive ever cut. As long as you have a good blade, it doesnt take long at all. A new blade will go through them like butter. Also, good choice on Bars, I had a pair of Cell Bars and loved them. Plus they dont cost a fortune like the others but just as good qaulity. You could buy a pipe cutter, but they are expensive.
