Thanks do you think it would be hard to get it to look nice with out repainting because i bought my frame around a year ago and the paint is still nice

No, it's going to destroy the pain in that area from sanding it flush.

True i dont think i ever would i hate the look of rims after brakes have been on them expecially since i painted my own rims andthe paint comes of easy
