Whenever pressure is put onto my cranks, my headset clicks, I'm positive it's the front that's clicking, since I just recently replaced my bb due the bearings blowing. It's not the bars slipping since they've always been in the same place.

Open it up, clean it, add lots of new grease, put it back together.

If that doesn't fix it, replace your headset.

And tighten the bolts properly

Did it make the noise before you replaced the BB?

I'm pretty positive it's your spindle, most of these situations are. Take the crank arms off, grease the splines on the spindle (And just a lick of grease on the threads) then put it back together correctly. Also grease the threads on your pedals if you haven't already.

If it IS your headset though, try taking it out and cleaning everything off, then when you put it back together grease the bearing seats in your frame as well, and a lick of grease on anything where metal comes into contact with metal BESIDES the steerer tube where your stem goes. Also grease the threads on your fork bolt/compression cap.

Try that and if the problem persists, come back and let us know
