How to get stripped screws out

Basically my envy frame has removable brake mounts, I've taken the rear brake mounts and one of the cable holders off, but the last one has both screws stripped, so I can't take it off. I know it's not even that big of a deal but it just bothers the sh*t out of me. I don't want to drill into the screws since they're only 2mm ones, and I don't want it to slip and scratch my frame, so I'm wondering what other ways are there- elastic bands and duct tape haven't worked for me so far- I'd be fine with just being able to snap the heads of the screws off, but I can't with the cable holder there since it blocks the head.

Use a torx bit that's a bit bigger, smack it in

I've wondered if using JB weld to glue a bit into the screw head and let it set overnight would get a stripped screw out, but have never had the patience to try it.

This right here.

If that doesn't work, they make screw extractors.
