Ill post pictures when I get home but it has 3 brake mounts side by side on the top tube, doubled up joints right behind the seat tube/post. Long shot with the description but i havent seen a frame with brake mounts like this yet..

No I looked on the drop outs and that had nothing but the serial number said pore and than some numbers I think, the kid said it was a primo v3 frame but i never heard of it and am not even sure if primo make frames

Integrated headtube and spanish bb... Sounds like my old kink gap... But the brake mounts... Im stumped.

Eastern's did that triple cable guid thing for a bit. Whatever it is, it came with a gyro, and might be a completes frame.

Eastern had that for some of their older completes. And Spanish BB's didn't tend to come with Eastern frames, almost at all. I had a Primo Integral but it looked nothing like above.

Nearly every Eastern complete frame, and aftermarket frame, came with a Spanish BB.
Sounds like an Eastern though, we need pics.

Higher end eastern is my guess. Alot of frames that get id'd are also easterns too.
Inb4 you ask about eastern as a company, its a good company but recently theyve been dropping shit left & right.
