Would riding a metal peg in the back and a plastic in the front effect my grinding at all ?

On certain surfaces that are rough the metal peg might slow you down but other than that you'll be fine.

this seems like a decent idea. with back peg grinds you are leaning back and ive never been hung up on anything with back pegs that i didnt flip out. with a plastic peg in the front you would slide better and run a lesser chance of getting hung up where a metal peg wouldnt give but a plastic one would.

My friend has a plastic in the front but he says it's only temporary. My opinion is, if it ain't steel it ain't real.
