well if you whipped it down when you stopped i think it will be alright. I wouldn't really ride in the rain though.

Regrease your bearings. Youll be fine

Take it apart and dry everything, clean out all the bearings and regrease them

The bike is no good now that it got rained on. You will have to throw it away and get a new one.
just wipe everything down and re-lube you chain, nothing really happens unless you let the water sit in there.
