I was going to a friend when it started raining and i rode my bike in the rain for an hour or so ..will this affect my bike..and what to do ?

well if you whipped it down when you stopped i think it will be alright. I wouldn't really ride in the rain though.

Take it apart and dry everything, clean out all the bearings and regrease them

The bike is no good now that it got rained on. You will have to throw it away and get a new one.

If you have sealed hubs and bottom bracket just wipe everything down spray wd 40 on your chain then re lube it and you should be good. Do you run brakes? if you do make sure to wipe the rim down good

just wipe everything down and re-lube you chain, nothing really happens unless you let the water sit in there.
