okay, my problem is, is that i want to buy these salt plus forks, but, it says only for internal headsets.. but i read that internal headsets are for racing and not to deal with as much stress, but when it comes to bmx, what headset doesnt go through stress?
i also read that most bike companies call integrated headsets internal anyway, so my question is, will these forks go with a integrated headset?

Race frames use internal headsets bmx freestyle frames use integrated headsets, you'll be fine those salt forks work with integrated frames and internal.

Yes, most BMX headset parts don't use internal at all. And nearly all brands use integrated stuff. And specifically speaking, these forks are integrated.
