My 22mm bottom bracket bearing is stuck on the spindle & I've tried so much to get it off any other tips or tricks to get a stuck bb bearing off of a spindle, I'm trying to replace a bent sprocket

You mean you cant take the spindle off? What kind of cranks do you have? And what kind of bb?

Spray the spindle with wd-40 & let the liquid run down the spindle to the stuck bearing inner cone & love tap with rubber mallet... hopefully it will break free.. Another thing you can do is put a big open end wrench to brace the sealed bearing and tap the spindle. . Good luck
