force yourself to go the other way. It shouldn't be too hard if your fakies are dialed. Took me about two weeks to relearn correct fakies

I'm sorry but this is probably the worst piece of advice pertaining to how not to Indian give, ever.
Taping your foot to the pedal and not pussying out have nothing at all to do with Indian giving, the only way to prevent it is not leaning too much one way when getting out of the 180.
Practice is really the only thing that helped me, I'm shit footed so I used to be notorious for Indian giving but practicing by doing little endos against the wall and going backwards for a bit, then forcing myself to pull out the correct way helped me though.

Try practicing by bumping off a wall or ledge or curb. I had to do that to learn switch turnouts. Took me like 2 hours to get them to the point they didnt feel weird anymore. Only about 30 minutes to get used to going the other way
I'm on the vital legit list!
Learn them the same way you first learned fakies but turn the other way. It's not hard, i can fakie both ways equally good.
I love my bike but i hate myself

Yep, I'm goofy-footed, so everyone else who is and says they are not a natural indian giver is a liar 100% certified. Take your time and learn endo fakies. I literally did fakies the first almost 2 years of riding. I was so good at them, I was asked by people all the time how I fakied so long, so straight, etc. And another thing is that you have to notice which foot you give pressure with. If you fakie out with your switch foot, it should be easier learning to roll out another direction, because it would naturally force you to put pressure with your switch foot. But eventually, you'll have to correct your pressure foot as well, so I did that. I basically fakie the right way now and even better than my natural way.

Oh, and another thing. If people are goofy-footed and spin their own direction, you can't just tell someone to practice in the other direction. It just doesn't work. It's like telling someone to switch their foot stance from left-footed to right-footed. I remember one guy saying he used to ride left-foot and ended up practicing to ride right foot forward. I feel like it's a load of crap.

I dont think i could do an indian giver if I tried, unless it was an oppo 180. switch fakies feel so weird to me, especially if I was already rotating the other way
