I know there are threads on this, but I want a fresh one, that being said, do they help for learning bars and such? Is it worth doing to my old bike? And yes I know adamlz... You guys hate him, but does this method help any?

I don´t hate him, in my point of view his videos are good, good filming, good edition.. he is also good.
AAnd for your main question.. i don´t know....

Ive got one but its so hard to hop and let go as there is no tension in the cranks. so you usually smash your knees into the bars when in the air or landing.
Helps you get the the Manuel ones down though.

i did it and if you get a few good balls (haha) and all itll still help you with the balance of em too. i did and thats how i got em... only problem is that i learned them opposite... haha
