Looking for an all black, inexpensive lightweight seat. So far I've come up with the Eclat unify unpadded/slim seat and post combo for $25. It weighs 8.7 supposedly. I don't even use the seat tbh but I hate the look of the seat I have now. Anything out there that beats the Eclat? Thanks.

just ride without a seat & seat post, super inexpensive and ultra mega lightweight. only downfall is it doesn't come in black though.

It's a seat man , why would you want a light seat . You can get lighter tires , plastic pedals , cut your bars down and get birdcage rims , your bike will be light as hell and you can have a comfy seat that you will actually like sitting on .

If you're looking to save some serious weight get this seat (https://www.amazon.com/Signswise-Black-Glossy-Carbon-Saddle/dp/B00ZWXI9XA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1470896932&sr=8-3&keywords=carbon+mtb+seat) its only 100g. Weight savings af. Who gives a shit if its carbon fiber the media has been telling you lies it'll last through maybe the first two minutes of your session. plenty strong

Lmao, damn guys. I'm not talking crazy lightweight for super weight savings or anything. All I'm saying is I don't sit down on the seat, so I don't want to spend a lot on one that is heavier than what I already got. Anyway, problem solved... I just took the cover and padding off the one I have now and am gonna roll with it that way.

Any slim pivotal won't weight much at all. If you want to save a bit of weight on your seat/post, chop your post down to save a few grams

My Tioga Spyder that I never use, but I only spent 15 on it so no biggie. I prefer fat seats, I'm running the Fit Quilted.

Usually seat/post combos are the lightest.
