Yeah. It's bent. Rake is the "old" word for offset.

Yea I know some things shouldn't be used when their thrashed.but I'll throw this on a budget bike for a little kid.even if I don't bend it back, I'll throw hard on the ground a few times to test it out before applying it to something.

Steel can be bent and bent back BUT it weakens it. SO I would not bend it back.

I don't wanna do the work.I saw the fork personally.it took a big nasty spill v and it's a high quality fork.and one drop out is bent to.would look cool as a wall hanger at least
