I'd go with the kink curb for sturdier parts, although it's unintegrated.

unINTEGRATED referring to the headset.
Personally I would go with a bike with 100% or at least mostly chromoly and sealed bearings.

The kink is all hi ten steel, the mongoose has a chromoly frame, bars, forks, and cranks. And has sealed bearings throughout. The mongoose is much better on paper
